The Basecamp cohort consists of 36 leaders representing multiple organizations and sectors, as well as diversity of life experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives.
Leaders participate in 5 days of programming and asynchronous learning over the course of 10-12 weeks.

Basecamp alumni are invited to join quarterly Groundwater Institute calls, where leaders lean in to racial equity challenges in real time and grow their network of peers. In addition, alumni are invited to the annual Groundwater Institute convening launching in November 2021.
Our Fall 2021 cohorts will launch in September.
